FactoryFix is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead our partnership strategy and accelerate growth through new channel sales and technology partnerships. You will identify and develop partnerships that expand our reach, distribution, and capabilities in the HR tech and manufacturing spaces.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and execute a partnership strategy to support company growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities with ATS/HRIS systems, staffing platforms, associations, and more
  • Initiate contact with potential partners and manage deal negotiations
  • Structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements and commercial models
  • Develop compelling partnership pitches and business cases
  • Manage existing partnerships including alignment on product roadmaps and co-marketing initiatives
  • Establish close working relationships with leaders from partner organizations
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of key partnerships
  • Track and report on partnership KPIs and channel sales growth


  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles
  • Existing network of contacts across HR tech, recruiting, or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to identify and size partnership opportunities that align to company goals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win-win partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable initiating new relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional project teams
